first round a plain enters a territory a missile base gets a anti air attack. all home mega power territories have a free anti air attack. not missile vase though adding a missile base increases the anti air by one extra attack except in other territories that work like mega power territories plus one extra attack.

one uses an 8 sided to attack over a number, better levels increase defences and attack numbers. the defender chooses what unit is the target or front line of the attack. those killed ion the first round bombing including from floats, one float bombing at the begin ing of each battle do not attack in ground forces. units are allowed to retreat to adjacent friendly or ailed territories after the first round of ground battle
take all the territories of each mega powers and get all their money.
missile bases can move and thus can be captured or destroyed as units, one attack from each per turn in a battle.
