I have discovered a problem with osap. on the sheets sent to me from the canadian student loan center, well these may be sheets that are recieved by others and then forwarded to the osap office after the difertence is calculated in favour of the bank, I had caught scotia bank trying to add interest by telling me to pay back my loan starting the following month. once I spoke to the student loan center, they rectified the problem. the sheet must be faxed to 1-888-815-4657 or sent to po box 4030 in missisauga ont.
the gross income is used to calculate the persons income not the net and I suspect someone keeps the diference.
this has occured in other government agencies and buearacries such as the ministry of health
people are bribed and sometime co erced to assist them and this includes people in the ministry themselves, I have caught several.
the task force that I am assisting will make the necessary proof of this available to you.
thank you vary much
val
health canada was doing the same type of bribing and misappropriation of funds and fruad as the above mentioned

I made two complaints to the bbb one concerning bribing and tampering of goods at the manufactoring, distribution and food prepairation or sales.
one complaint had to do with my bills
hydro was over charging me as was the embridge, this I have mentioned to you.
the bbb( better buesness bueareu better have a record of thism esp my email as well as yours and any one elses ) since then gas compuny has ent some to sut my gas off though not over due and today they tried doing so unofficially, did till corrected.
I also complained against about primus and mentioed that they were over charging me, they had set up a bougies deal , pretending to be bell, not hooking up all the telephone services, charging me extra for a unlisted number I did not desire, tamping into my phone based on a non permission system to get info to use against the task force, governmentm worlds and me.
they caused bells services not to work and people have been jaming phone messages, tampering with illegally with the internet, cable and cell phones, mail and curior services.
someone did call me asking to help concerning my morgage from crt limited in missisauga but nebver returned my call to lately.
one complaint I should add is thjat medicines are tampered with and often bad things or wrong medicines were used, we have found food tampered with as well as medicines.
